Terms of service

These terms cover paffytaffy.com and the Paffytaffy plugin for ChatGPT (together, "the service"), a free fan project run by the Halo Infinite player Paffytaffy. By using the service, you agree to them.

What the service is

The service shows Halo Infinite head-to-head records from matches played with or against Paffytaffy. It is free, has no accounts and sells nothing.

The data

Records come from Paffytaffy's own match history and are refreshed from time to time, so they can be out of date or incomplete. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on it for anything important.

Fair use

• Don't overload or disrupt the site, the Duel form or the plugin server, or try to get around their rate limits.
• Only send a 1v1 challenge for your own gamertag.
• Don't use the service or its public data to harass anyone.

We may block requests that break these rules.

1v1 Duel challenges

Sending a challenge invites Paffytaffy to message you. Paffytaffy doesn't have to reply or play, and can decline any challenge.

The ChatGPT plugin

Your use of ChatGPT is also covered by OpenAI's terms of use. ChatGPT writes its own answers from the plugin's data and can make mistakes; paffytaffy.com shows the same records directly.

Halo and Microsoft

Halo Infinite © Microsoft Corporation. paffytaffy.com was created under Microsoft's "Game Content Usage Rules" using assets from Halo Infinite, and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft. Halo Studios and 343 Industries aren't involved either. Halo and Halo Infinite are trademarks of Microsoft.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Paffytaffy isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the service or relying on its data.

Changes

The service can change or stop at any time. If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
